The Parquemar complex is located just 1 km from "Playa del Ingls" beach and is renowned for its beautiful gardens. "Gran Chaparral" lies within a stone's throw of the hotel and offers a selection of restaurants, bars and nightclubs. The nearest sandy beach is 1.5 km away.

The complex comprises 2-storey bungalows and studios. Facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a currency exchange desk, a small supermarket, a restaurant, public Internet access (for an additional fee) and a children's playground.

The bungalows have 2 floors and have been built in a Spanish colonial style. They come with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchenette with a fridge, satellite/ cable TV, a hire safe and a balcony or terrace. The studios include a living/sleeping area with 2 beds, as well as an integrated kitchen. There is a sofa and a TV in the living area and they also include a balcony.
